Built in Quebec, for a trade that software has overlooked

OpsNode is built by Simplisystel, a Quebec company. The platform has been running in daily production with a sanitation equipment rental operator since June 17, 2026 — this is not a demo, it is the tool that organizes their routes every single day.

Why OpsNode exists

A trade that generic tools underserve

Operators who rent out mobile equipment — job-site toilets, containers, trailers, septic tanks — run fleets scattered across the field with paper, text messages and spreadsheets. That is not neglect: no tool ever really matched how this trade actually works.

General-purpose field service software thinks in one-off work orders. This trade thinks in rented units, with a rental period and a service schedule that repeats for as long as the contract stays active. OpsNode grew out of that difference — shaped in the field, by the real operations of a Quebec operator, not in a conference room.

How we work

How we work

The field decides

Every feature on the platform comes from a real operating problem seen in production, never from an abstract wish list.

Engineering, documented

60 architecture decisions on record, 646 automated tests, and a staging-to-production promotion gated on a consistency check — nothing ships without verification.

Data is sacred

Additive migrations first, backups tested with a real restore, no deletion without a copy made beforehand.

French first

Bilingual interface, reports and emails: every end customer gets their communications in their own language.

Where we are headed

Where we are headed

The immediate priority is still hardening day-to-day operations. Next comes a self-service space for your customers, then sensor integration across your equipment fleet — that last step is still in design, and no sensor is deployed yet. The full roadmap is laid out on the home page.
